RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and accept returns and exchanges of unused, full price merchandise for 30 days.
To request a return/exchange, please click here and complete the return request. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5-10 business days of receipt back at our warehouse.
Yes. Waggo does not offer free return shipping for returns or exchanges.
Please click here and select Refund Method "Store Credit". When your product is received back at our warehouse, a gift card will be generated for the amount returned within 5 business days and you will be able to place a new order. Waggo is not responsible for shipping costs for the exchange.
Custom and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We will be happy to replace any broken or incorrectly shipped items, on us! If the item you ordered is incorrect, please send an email to customerservice@waggo.com and we will be happy to send out the correct item.
Gift Orders
During the checkout process, you will have the option to add gift wrapping to your order for just $5.00. Gift wrapped items are beautifully wrapped in a gift box. A personal message on signature Waggo cards can be included at no additional cost. Gift wrapping is not available on beds.
