How do I process a return?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and accept returns and exchanges of unused, full price merchandise for 30 days.

To request a return/exchange, please click here and complete the return request. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5-10 business days of receipt back at our warehouse.

 

Will I have to pay for my own return shipping?

Yes. Waggo does not offer free return shipping. A payment of $5.95 will be charged to the original form of payment for exchange shipping.

 

I bought my items on sale, can they still be returned?

Custom and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

I received an incorrect/broken item. Now what?

First off, we are sorry about this inconvenience! Please click here and select Damage as your reason for return. You will receive instructions and replacement information via email. We will be happy to replace any broken or incorrectly shipped items, on us! If the item you ordered is incorrect, please send an email to customerservice@waggo.com and we will be happy to send out the correct item.
