Orders and Payment

Shipping and Delivery


All orders ship USPS Priority or Fedex Ground if no expedited service is selected. Shipping for all orders $75+ are free. Orders under $75 are $9.95 within the US. Overnight and 2nd Day options are available at checkout and pricing varies depending on order weight. 

International shipping options are available and will be determined at checkout depending on order weight. 

Orders received after 1pm EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. Ground transit times are not guaranteed and are subject to carrier changes or delays.

Our shipping process is quick and simple.
  1. After you place an order, it is received at our warehouse and shipped within 2 business days*. Orders received after 1pm EST or on a weekend will begin processing the following business day.
  2. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Transit times vary- please see our ground shipping map for more information.
  3. Your package is delivered and there is a lot of tail wagging at your house.

Please note, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. We are unable to ship to certain Countries. Please contact us with questions or concerns. 

Additional fees may apply for oversized international orders.


Customized and Pre-Ordered Items

Our customized items are made to order and are subject to various production lead times. Please allow approximately 10-14 business days for custom items to ship. Customized items are final sale and may ship separately from the remainder of your order. 
Pre-order item ship dates are specified in product listings. Pre-order ship dates are estimated and are subject to change. 
Orders including regular merchandise and pre-ordered items will ship together when pre-ordered items become available.
Please contact customer service for expedited shipping on beds.

Returns and Exchanges

At Waggo, we are dedicated to making both you and your dog happy, so we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We understand that sometimes a late night shopping spree can get out of hand so we accept returns and exchanges of unused, full price merchandise. Items must ship by 30 day cut off date. Customized and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
We do not provide free shipping for returns/exchanges. Shipping costs/difference in amount for exchange will be added to the card that was used to purchase. 
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 10 business days of receipt back at our warehouse.

Gift Orders

We are so happy you want to give Waggo as a gift! During the checkout process, you will have the option to add gift wrapping to your order for just $5.00. Gift wrapped items are placed in a re-useable Waggo tote bag. A personal message on signature Waggo cards can be included at no additional cost. Gift wrapping is not available on beds.
