How do I process a return?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and accept returns and exchanges of unused, full price merchandise for 30 days.

To request a return/exchange, please click here and complete the information -- we will reply within 1 business day with instructions and your Return Authorization #. Orders returned without an RA # are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 10 business days of receipt back at our warehouse.

 

Will I have to pay for my own return shipping?

Yes. Waggo does not offer free return shipping. A payment of $5.95 will be charged to the original form of payment for exchange shipping.

 

I bought my items on sale, can they still be returned?

Custom and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

I received an incorrect/broken item. Now what?

First off, we are sorry about this inconvenience! Please take a picture of your broken item and attach it to an email to customerservice@waggo.com. We will be happy to replace any broken/incorrect items on our behalf. If the item you ordered is incorrect, please send an email to customerservice@waggo.com and we will be happy to replace it.
