Orders and Payment

Orders can be placed online any time of day or via telephone Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm EST, at 347.725.4339. Aren’t ready to place an order and just want to talk about product? We’re here for that too! Call us or email any questions to customerservice@waggo.com.

We accept the following forms of payment: American Express, Visa and Mastercard.

Shipping and Delivery

Our shipping process is quick and simple.

1. Place your order.
2. Your order is received at our warehouse and shipped within 2 business days. If your order is placed on a weekend, it will be processed on Monday of the following week. Orders received after 2pm EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
3. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
4. The package is delivered and there is a lot of tail wagging at your house.

Please note, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

Sending a gift?
We are so happy you want to give Waggo as a gift! During the checkout process, you will have the option to add gift wrap to your order for just $3.00. A personal message on signature Waggo cards can be included at no additional cost. Gift wrapping is not available on beds.

Please allow 10-14 business days for framed prints to ship. Please allow 7-10 business days for custom monogrammed items to ship.

Pre-Ordered items will ship on or after date specified in their product listing.

Returns and Exchanges
At Waggo, we are dedicated to making both you and your dog happy so we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We understand that sometimes a late night shopping spree can get out of hand so we accept your returns and exchanges for 30 days.

To return or exchange an order, fill out the return/exchange form in your package and send it back to us… it’s as easy as that! Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 10 days of receipt back at our warehouse.

Framed prints and customized items are final sale.
Sale items are final sale.
